Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances in accordance with clause 8 (Prohibited Conduct).
To register an Account on rk66a, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. rk66a will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
rk66a reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, rk66a will communicate the reason and expected timeframe to the Account holder via the registered email address.
rk66a is required to verify the identity of all registered Users before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, and at any time rk66a reasonably deems necessary. Verification is conducted in accordance with internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as communicated by rk66a may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete. rk66a reserves the right to close unverified Accounts and return any uninvested deposit balance to the original funding source, less any applicable transaction fees.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. rk66a does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed within the following indicative timeframes, measured from the time of request submission during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB):

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the rk66a Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before the resulting balance may be withdrawn (see clause 6).

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be staked a specified number of times — typically between 5x and 30x depending on the promotion type — before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. rk66a reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has attempted to abuse any promotion. Abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or colluding with other Users to exploit promotional terms.
rk66a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a User is actively working toward its wagering requirement, rk66a will honour the original terms for that User's current bonus balance.
rk66a accepts bets on the markets and games displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed and a bet reference number has been issued. rk66a is not liable for any bets that failed to register due to connectivity issues on the User's end. Odds displayed on rk66a are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked. rk66a reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds that result from technical errors or human input mistakes, provided the error is manifestly obvious to a reasonable bettor. In such cases, the stake will be fully refunded.
All sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). Where an official result is disputed or delayed, rk66a may defer settlement until the matter is resolved. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are final once the game round is completed.
rk66a reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, rescheduled, or where extraordinary circumstances prevent a fair outcome. In all void cases, stakes are returned in full to the User's Account balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk66a's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.
rk66a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if rk66a has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rk66a's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by rk66a's negligence.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rk66a holds its international gaming license.
